Leímos comentarios negativos respecto al idioma de la excursión, y efectivamente, cuando llegamos al punto de encuentro nos dijeron que no había guías en español sino que eran todos en inglés. Les dijimos que queríamos cancelar la excursión porque en inglés no íbamos a entender nada. En ese momento buscaron a Pedro, un empleado que puso todo de su parte para que pudiéramos entender las explicaciones durante el recorrido. Se portó muy bien, agradable, simpático y le agradecemos su esfuerzo.

We read negative comments regarding the language of the excursion, and indeed, when we arrived at the meeting point they told us that there were no guides in Spanish but that they were all in English. We told them that we wanted to cancel the excursion because in English we were not going to understand anything. At that moment they looked for Pedro, an employee who did everything on his part so that we could understand the explanations during the tour. Habíamos contratado el tour en español y así figuraba en el bono. Al llegar allí el grupo y el guía eran de habla inglesa y al comentar el tema del idioma al guía nos contestó que ese no era su problema, que el no habla nada de español y que si queremos volvamos a la tienda donde cogimos los patinetes a quejarnos.. Al final, lo hicimos en inglés, sin enterarme de la mitad. Además, el guía a lo largo de las explicaciones ha hecho varios comentarios machistas que sobraban.

When we got there, the group and the guide spoke English and when we commented on the language issue, the guide replied that this was not his problem, that he does not speak any Spanish and that if we want we can go back to the store where we took the scooters to complain... In the end, we did it in English, without knowing half of it. In addition, the guide throughout the explanations has made several macho comments that were left over.

Contratamos la actividad en español y la guia era francesa. No sabia ni una palabra de español.

Déçue par le temps que nous a accordé la guide . Nous sommes arrivés à 10h46 on nous annonce qu’elle ne sera là qu’à midi . Elle arrive on part vers midi 15 , était en vélo n’a jamais été à côté de nous pendant toute la visite . Était pressée d’arriver et nous avons fini avec un quart d’heure d’avance . A trouvé que nous étions lent alors que nous voulions juste prendre le temps de voir …!!!! Très déçu nous ne referons pas

Reservamos el tour en español hace casi ya dos meses y al llegar a este nos cuentan que no podemos hacerlo en español porque el hombre que lo hace no estaba por lesion. Sin aviso ni nada. Decidimos seguir adelante y hacerlo en ingles. Muy bueno y agradable el guia que lo ha realizado. Seria excelente mi opinion si no fuera porque yo no reserve el tour en ingles. Recomiendo hacerlo con este guia.

Al haber aceptado hacer el tour en inglés, aceptaste las nuevas condiciones que te ofreció el proveedor local. De no haberlo hecho se te habría devuelto el total pagado. Sentimos que tu experiencia no fuera del todo satisfactoria en ese sentido.
