El Pass es muy completo y lo disfrutamos mucho pero tengo una queja-reclamación ya que lo activamos a las 16'30 del día 4 de enero y a las 15 del día 7 (es decir, sin haber concluido las 72 horas del tercer día), nos vimos obligadas a pagar la actividad que teníamos reservada porque decía que el pass había expirado. No estoy de acuerdo y me gustaría que se me devolviese el dinero de dicha actividad por estar dentro del tiempo indicado para el uso del pass.

The Pass is very complete and we enjoyed it a lot, but I have a complaint since we activated it at 4:30 p.m. on January 4 and at 3:00 p.m. on the 7th (that is, without having completed the 72 hours of the third day), we were forced to pay for the activity we had reserved because it said that the pass had expired. I do not agree and I would like the money for said activity to be refunded for being within the time indicated for the use of the pass.

La visita a la primera atracción activa el pase y este será válido durante el número de días días naturales consecutivos indicados en el pase. Esto quiere decir que se cuenta desde el primer día de uso. Por lo tanto, en tu caso, al activarla el 4 de enero, el último día de validez era el 6.
