arrivo puntuale e nessun problema con la lista. buona accoglienza e spiegazione in italiano. Belle location ma niente di più … I drinks scarsi di qualità e quantità . Intrattenimento inesistente e poco coinvolgimento dello staff, se ne è anche andato senza salutare. In sostanza può essere sufficiente ma possono migliorare il servizio .

Ci dispiace che l'esperienza non sia stata all'altezza delle aspettative. Il fornitore si impegna a fornire il miglior servizio possibile. Trasmetteremo loro il vostro feedback affinché lo prendano in considerazione per migliorare questa attività.

Contratamos la actividad con Civitatis. Al lugar llegó el guía y Nosotros no estábamos en la lista. Le mostré mi reserva y todo estaba bien pero al no estar en su lista no nos dejó subir al vehículo. El guía No hizo ningún intento de solucionar el problema y nos dejó en el punto de encuentro. Ya nos íbamos cuando De repente un guía de otra compañía, me preguntó cómo me llamaba y estábamos en su lista… No entendíamos nada. Al final fuimos con ellos pero la experiencia fue muy extraña…

Ofrecen 3 rooftops y solo te llevan a dos. A pesar de que la oferta es en español, el guía habló sólo en inglés e italiano (no dio ninguna explicación en español).

Estuve por 25 minutos en el lugar donde me indicaron y nunca llegó alguien a recogerme para realizar el tour, nadie se comunicó conmigo para informar la cancelación u otra situación, así las cosas solicito por favor el reintegro de dicho valor. Gracias

La bebidas no son lo que publicitan, no son cócteles representativos sino vodka con zumo y la última terraza faltal, te cobran 3 dólares por guardar los abrigos de manera obligatoria y después arriba pasas frío y no hay buen ambiente

Esta bien pero se puede mejorar bastante. En alguno de los skyline tienen mesas reservadas y no las puedes usar, pero si vas por tu cuenta y pagas si las usas. El guia para mi gusto se implico Mucho con unas personas y nada con otras. Quiza sea porque habla varios idiomas pero el Español es el que menos habla.

Bien organizado, puntuales y los guías muy simpáticos (Alejandro y Cristina). Podrían variar un poco más los cócteles y en el High Bar, en el Hilton, nos hicieron pagar 5$ por prenda u objeto en el guardarropa, lo que hizo que algunos no subieran, lo que hace perder un poco la esencia de un Tour guiado.

Creo que nos tomaron el pelo. 1, los dos guias nos dejaron en el primer bar y tuvimos que buscarlos porque ellos iban a lo suyo,ahí nos dieron un vino al final. 2., La relación calidad- precio, nula,lo ponian muy bonito en su pagina, y nefasto. 3. El segundo bar que nos metimos horrible, nos metieron en un antro con ambiente "extraño" por decirlo bien, los guias, se pusieron a hacer "el cóctel", pésimo total, ahí ya, nos fuimos por la falta de calidad. Decepción total.

Es importante seguir el ritmo de los guías para poder hacer la actividad completa. Sentimos realmente que la experiencia no haya sido la esperada. Tendremos en cuenta estos comentarios para seguir creciendo.

Las bebidas un desastre, sin ninguna explicación de lo que veías y para colmo nos pedían propina, cuando nos dieron un cóctel de pena y el vino era agua con colorante y todo servido en vasos de plástico
