Lamentablemente el Tour no fue como esperábamos. La guía llegó 15 min tarde y no se puso en contacto con nosotros para avisarnos (estuvimos esperando 10-15 min antes, total espera 30 min). Posteriormente, la guía no se encontraba en condiciones físicas para realizar su trabajo. No es culpa de la guía pero CIVITATIS o su proveedor deberían haber sustituido a la guía por otra persona (ella parece que lo solicitó... pero no pudo ser). Al final, si hubiéramos alquilado las bicis directamente allí...

Unfortunately the Tour did not go as we expected. The guide arrived 15 minutes late and did not contact us to let us know (we were waiting 10-15 minutes before, total wait 30 minutes). Nos presentamos en el lugar indicado en la información recibida para hacer el tour contratado (Puente de Brooklyn en bicicleta con guía español para 4 personas) y no había nadie (145 Nasaau Street). Al llamar por teléfono nos dicen que ya está cerrado ese punto y que no hay guías en español, que nos presentaremos en la oficina de Central Para !!! Lamentable... Nos arruinaron el día y la excursión , pese a que entiendo nos devolverán el dinero evidentemente, pero el agravio no estará compensado.

We showed up at the place indicated in the information received to do the contracted tour (Brooklyn Bridge by bike with a Spanish guide for 4 people) and there was no one (145 Nasaau Street). When calling by phone they tell us that that point is already closed and that there are no guides in Spanish, that we will present ourselves at the Central Para office !!! Unfortunate...
