It was an amazing tour through the Statue of Liberty and Ellis island, they got tickets by the time we arrived so our wait line was just one hour compared with the 5 hour line to purchase tickets there. Really recommended.

Lulu was great, we meet her at the agreed location and she keep the tour running smoothly, she was very informative throughout the tour. Make the experience very enjoyable even through the weather wasn’t great

Manca un sistema di guida per stranieri sarebbe opportuno creare gruppi con guida in lingua cioè: italiano x italiani francese x francesi spagnoli x spagnoli e così via o almeno bi lingua

Nella descrizione web dell'attività si specifica che il tour si svolge con una guida di lingua inglese. Ci scusiamo per gli eventuali disagi a questo proposito. Siamo lieti che il tour vi sia piaciuto.

Je suis terriblement déçue! Je n’ai jamais trouvé notre guide donc nous n’avons pas pu profiter de notre achat! En plus, j’ai tenté de faire une réclamation et ça ne fonctionne pas!

Chris Lee was our guide, a man on which we can trust He speaks clearly even for non American. Initial step on terminal banks was really interesting and unexpected. On liberty island due to number of tourists and noise, it was more difficult to be in communication with him.
