Otra cosa que hay que ver en NY, si que es verdad que el partido es aburrido ya que no tienen intensidad, pero todo lo que conlleva ver el espectáculo está muy bien. Lamentablemente no pude hacer el cambio del “bono” que envían por el boleto para el estadio. En el documento que nos enviaron dice que tenemos que cambiarlo por el boleto el día del partido y a cierta hora; para empezar la taquilla cierra todos los días a las 5pm y esa fue la primera limitante. Ellos desconocían a Civitatis y al proveedor, indicando que de ser cierto es el proveedor quien debió enviarme los boletos ya que son digitales y no físicos. Revisaron su sistema y no estaba mi nombre.

Un miembro del personal de las taquillas del estadio cometió un error al no aceptar el bono que se había enviado y que era totalmente válido para el acceso. Pedimos disculpas por lo ocurrido. Ya se han tomado medidas para que esto no vuelva a ocurrir. Se ha procedido a hacer el reembolso de lo pagado.
