Edita was waiting for us just as advertised. She provided exceptional service for my wife and I. She introduced herself, assisted my wife with our baggage, helped both my wife and I into the vehicle, adjusted the temp to a comfortable level for us. Probably the most impressive part of our journey was her knowledge of the history of NY and provided us interesting facts and information pertaining to our stay. She is a fascinating young lady and hope to have her as our driver in the future.

Waited outside and although driver was early he stayed in the car with an iPhone held against the window with my name on - not that easy to spot. Suggest he can be more pro-active in finding the customer unless they want to be difficult to spot to charge a waiting surcharge!
