How does it work?
Some of the attractions will require a booking made in advance. Once you've made your booking, you'll receive a link you can use to make bookings when necessary.
The New York Pass® is activated once you visit your first museum or landmark. From that moment onwards, you’ll be able to use it for the number of consecutive days you chose when making your booking.
You can access each attraction included in this tourist card just once. The only exception is the Sightseeing Bus, which you can hop-on and hop-off as many times as you wish for 24 consecutive hours.
Although you must select a date when booking, your pass will be valid for 24 months following this date before you activate it.

A - No, it is not possible to receive another card.

Q - Is it necessary to print off the pass?
A - No, you can simply present the pass at the entrance of the attracitons using the QR code on your pass be it electronic or physical.

Q - Can I use the New York Pass App with the pass reserved through Civitatis?
A - No, the app is not available for reservations made on our website, however, you can download the PDF of QR codes that we'll send you and show them on your phone at the attractions.

Q - How do I book the attractions included in The New York Pass®?
A - Some of the attractions require a previous booking. Once you've purchased The New York Pass®, you'll receive full instructions on how to plan your visits to the various attractions.

A - Children under 4 years old don't need a pass as almost all attractions are free for them.
