La visita estuvo bien, aunque la pista estaba desmontada para un concierto y no se podía hacer fotos de la zona de pista. No me gustó que la reserva de Civitatis no sirviera como tal y que luego hubiera que gestionarlo aparte con TicketMaster, un proceso que resultó problemático.

The visit was fine, although the dance floor was dismantled for a concert, so no photos were allowed. I didn't like that the Civitatis reservation didn't work as such and that it had to be arranged separately with TicketMaster, a process that proved problematic.

Me fue mal, me costó mucho poder sacar las entradas ya que mandáis a otra empresa para que se encargue de ello y ha sido un suplicio poder conseguirlas, lo suyo es que si las compro por vuestra pagina web tenga las entradas con vosotros y no mandar a otra web diferente.

Este tour para lo que enseñan es demasiado caro, encima lo que más puede gustar que es el estadio no dejan hacer fotos . No pudimos ver la pista porque estaban ensayando un concierto y la tenían tapada pero no dieron ninguna compensación ni avisaron antes de cobrar las entradas

This tour is too expensive for what they show, and on top of that, the stadium itself is not even worth taking photos. We couldn't see the arena because they were rehearsing for a concert and had it covered, but they didn't offer any compensation or inform us before charging for admission.

Un tour que deja mucho que desear,practicamente no te enseñan nada interesante de un estadio con tanta historia,practicamente te enseñan añgunos pasillos con fotos de celebridades que pasaron por alli,no puedes bajar a la pista,ni entrar a sentarte en los vestuarios....no ves salas de trofeos,muy flojo la verdad.Al final tuvimos que hacerla en ingles,ya que hay muy pocas plazas para hacerla en español . Me quedo con la simple experiencia de poder haber estado allí,nada más.

No te dejan hacer vídeos, no tienes mucho tiempo para estar dentro…no puedes estar en los vestuarios y si no hay liga solo hay conciertos y ni siquiera puedes imaginarte las canastas de baloncesto . Muy mediocre para lo que vale la visita

They don't let you make videos, you don't have much time inside... you can't be in the locker room, and if there's no league, there are only concerts, and you can't even imagine the basketball hoops. It's very mediocre for the visit.

Muy aburrida, y además estaba montado para un concierto por lo que no puedes ver la pista, una decepción. Y los vestuarios de lejos. Por cierto tampoco se puede hacer fotos. ¡No lo recomiendo para nada!

La actividad fue una mala experiencia, no te dejan entrar en los vestuarios ni a la cancha con lo cual no te haces partícipe del lugar en el que estás. Una visita guiada un día que está todo oscuro porque hay un concierto y no está montado la cancha de baloncesto que al final es lo que más interesa al público me parece una tomadura de pelo y una estafa

The activity was a bad experience, they don't let you into the locker rooms or onto the court, so you don't really feel like a part of the place you're in. A guided tour on a day when it's all dark because there's a concert and the basketball court isn't set up, which is what interests the public the most, seems like a joke and a scam to me.
