Las entradas no llegaban y tuve que hablar en 3 ocasiones a civitatis. La primera vez me dijeron que era cosa de los que me tenian que mandar las entradas. La segunda no me contestaron y la tercera (el mismo dia del show) me dijeron que me lo habian mandado hace 3 meses (mentira, en mi bandeja de entrada no hay nada ni en spam). No puedes asegurar un servicio que no vas a cumplir. Ahora bien, el espectáculo una pasada, 100% recomendado. Los asientos aunque supuestosde baja visibilidad, muy bien.

The tickets did not arrive and I had to speak 3 times to civitatis. The first time they told me that it was up to those who had to send me the tickets. The second time they did not answer me and the third time (the same day of the show) they told me that they had sent it to me 3 months ago (a lie, there is nothing in my inbox, not even in spam). You cannot ensure a service that you are not going to fulfill. Now, the show is amazing, 100% recommended. The seats, although supposedly of low visibility, are very good.
