We did the Brooklyn, Bronx, Harlem, and Queens tour today with Sebastian. Even though it was a rainy day, the tour was really enjoyable, we stayed mostly in the van, so the weather wasn’t a problem. Sebastian was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the trip interesting with great information. It’s a great way to see different parts of New York beyond Manhattan, definitely recommend it!

The activity was pretty good, especially because our agent, Sebastian, explained everything in Spanish and English, which was great because we were with our kids and our parents. Highly recommended. Our guide, Sebastian, is kind and patient; he gives us information and facts that aren't widely known. Our guide & driver was MILLY. She was an excellent guide, really enthusiastic, informative and full of interesting information & anecdotes. We were a small group of 8 allowing fir lots of personal interaction & attention. Milly obviously loves what she does & this was noted by all of us. Very friendly, caring & very knowledgeable. Great tour and well organised. Dina the tour guide was excellent in giving all the info. One suggestions about pick up point as it is not clear where to wait for the tour. It should detail the exact point and name of the hotel where you stop for someone to come and collect people.

The tour itself was very good and worth doing. Would not get to see all these interesting places without something like this. Sebastian the guide was knowledable and worked hard for many hours in Spanish and English to provide a full commentary. Driver also very competent and pleasant. Good balance between driving and walkabout with chance to stay in bus if preferred. Still interesting. Bring fan for those stops if hot as law requires bus and bus aircon to be switched off . Toilet onboard

Millie Is a fabolous guide and a great storyteller! She took us around the five boroughs of the city, telling us about the unveiled NYC, the one tourists can't see by themselves, disclosing the heritage of the past together with the modern life of every community living here. Don't be afraid of the 5h length of the tour, time will fly under the rhythm of Millie's voice and the music, together with one or maybe two of the best empanadas of the city. I would recommend this tour to everyone!

Millie was an amazing guide. She went out of her way to ensure we got to do our tour since our ticket bought from a third party had got the collection location wrong. She was friendly, thorough in guiding us through the 4 boroughs of NYC and telling us passionately about the history of each place. We had time to hop on and off to enjoy the different parts of the tour in an air conditioned modern van which had amplified microphone so we could hear everything clearly. Highly recommend this company

Tour was amazing! Sebastian was so informative and made the whole experience a chilled one. We were thrilled to be able to see so many sights in one morning/afternoon and to be given so many facts about each borough we passed through was great. I also didn't realise when I booked that there would be so many opportunities to hop off for photographs too! I'd recommend this experience to anyone who wants to get a real feel for new York city and it's many cultures outside of the usual attractions!

We loved it. The booked tour provided a lot of great details and interesting informations, about the several districts of New York. Our tour guide Millie made it great fun, to learn more about the history and the very dna of the city. As a great suprise she even deliverd all that in English and Spanish to us, because we were a mixed group. The tour guide (Millie) was very knowlegable and told a lot of interesting stories. She were able to answer other questions as well. The tour is designed well and really shows the contrast between the different parts of NY. The points where we stopped were selected well.

The tour was okay. Stopping at an I ️ The Bronx graffiti wall was nothing exciting. The tour guide was praising Rudy Giuliani the entire time yet scolded a fellow guest for not being back on the bus in time. However, when said passenger reminded her that she was the one who gave a 10:45am return time and it was 10:41am. The guide apologized. There’s a bathroom on board but no one was allowed to put toilet paper in it. You were supposed to discard tissue into a small trash can. Ewww
