Our tour guide Joy was enthusiastic and full of energy. However I gave this review because she was explaining more personal story than American history. It’s okay to listen personal story, until it’s connected to immigration or American history. But she was talking a lot about it and it seemed sometimes that she was trying to receive more tips by telling her children’s school fee. I think it’s not professional way. I didn’t like also the tip system, rather than saying “free tour”.

The local provider strives to provide a service that lives up to the expectations of all participants and has the best professional team in the industry. We are sorry if this was not your impression.

When we got to the meeting point, we were notified by a tour guide from another tour that our tour would not take place. We apparantly were the only 2 people to book the tour, which didn't reach the required amount for this tour. We would have appreciated a notification through e-mail or phone, which we have not received. We understand the reason for the tour to be canceled, but we are very disappointed about the lack of communication.

We have confirmed that the tour could not take place because many bookings did not show up at the meeting point and the minimum number of participants required for the tour to take place was not reached. We are sorry that you were unable to enjoy the experience.
