Humberto fue un guía ameno, con ganas de entretener pero aporta muy poco contenido al recorrido. He hecho muchos civitatis por toda España y por varios países y siempre me han aportado mucho, pero hoy hablaba como si fuera un visitante con algún conocimiento pero le sobraba tiempo que rellenaba sacando fotos a todos los clientes (nunca me había pasado que se perdiera tanto tiempo sacando fotos el propio guía a cada familia o grupo! Y le faltaba conocimiento.

Humberto was a pleasant guide, eager to entertain, but he contributed very little to the tour. I've done many CiVitatis tours throughout Spain and several other countries, and they've always provided a lot, but today he spoke as if I were a visitor with some knowledge, but he had plenty of time to fill by taking photos of all the guests (I've never had the guide waste so much time taking photos of each family or group!).
