En general bien, dificultades para entender en español, pero eso ya lo atenemos asumido. El persona se esfuerza más en venderte que en atenderte y se genera un stress innecesario. Uno de los guías que no nos tocó estaba empeñado en dar voces que era bastante molesto...no dejamos propina, claro. Es recomendable para tener una visión general de la ciudad, pero no imprescindible.

In general, well, difficulties to understand in Spanish, but we already assume that. The person tries harder to sell you than to help you and unnecessary stress is generated. One of the guides who did not touch us was determined to give voices that was quite annoying ... we did not leave a tip, of course. it was NO clear that the activity in the cruise it was only for one hour 10 AM. We have the problem that one guide im pretty sure it was a mistake cut us the Brooklyn tour ticket and for mistake took the cruise tickets!!! So when we arrived we realized of that So We called to the customer service line and they tell us that they could try sooo I don't know what does mean tryyy also wifi pretty bad a lot of spots the machine to listen to the guide it didt work

Although it was rainy the day of our tour. The tour guides that we encountered were very thorough, personable and informative. They did not slack on providing us with little nuggets of info and making the experience enjoyable. We hopped on and off three times and met three different tour guides. We started with John and ended the tour with José. When we return to NYC later this year, we will definitely be taking this tour again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Muy profesionales y amables. Debe mejorar el que en algunas ocasiones (dependia del guia) no era claro cuando harian una parada. Este elemento debe ser mas claro. El tour es realmente en ingles, en cuanto a la explicacion en vivo. Aunque en un bus que me monte me dieron la opcion de seleccionar espanol, esto no sucedio en los otros casos. Este asunto del idioma es un issue que lei en el site y lo vi personalmente. Recomendacion, ser mas claros con este ofrecimiento.

Muchas tickects vendidos hace que sea tedioso poder recorrer todas las rutas. Muchísima gente y pocos autobuses, se hace un poco larga la espera..... Por otro lado, ofrecen el tour en varios idiomas pero en realidad el tour es sólo en Inglés...... Por otro lado, las personas que narran el tour a lo largo del recorrido son muy atentas y conocedoras del tema.... Lo mejor del tour definitivamente..

El servicio es bueno, lo que para mi sería bueno es que se identificaran las paradas con algún totem en que aclare que el bus para y hacia donde va. Muchas veces nos paso que no sabíamos si paraba o no. Aire acondicionado en la parte de abajo o no habilitarlo en días de mucho calor.

Me parece excelente la actividad, solo que deberían de mejorar el audio en español ya que no se entiende casi nada, en la primera parada deberían indicar en español también donde coger el siguiente bus, ya que estuvimos perdidos por un buen tiempo por lo demás todo bien.

Experiencia genial en bus, 100%recomendable, hay explicación en español y ver Ny iluminado merece la pena. La única pega, no nos aceptaron el billete que sacamos por Internet, tuvimos que ir al dia siguiente a la tienda, a pesar de que pone que se puede canjear en el bus.
