Tengo una queja enviada. La información de alguna actividad es escasa aún solicitándola, resultando no ser lo esperado y perdiendo oportunidad de hacer otra. Envían guía con la compra que luego no mantiene actividad, no informando que no cubre ni por el propio de la actividad hasta que ya es tarde porque está organizado el día.

I have submitted a complaint. The information on some activities is scarce even when requesting it, resulting in not being what was expected and losing the opportunity to do another one. They send a guide with the purchase that then does not include the activity, not informing that it does not even cover the activity itself until it is too late because the day is already organized.

Sale a cuenta si visitas muchas atracciones en un día. El único punto en contra es que debería poder reservarse hora para luego no encontrarte con horas de espera como me pasó en The Top of the Rock, que nos daban para 3 horas después. Translate this opinion into English.
