Falta de coordinación e información del guía que nos mal acompañaba dado que no estuvo pendiente del grupo en ningún momento. La gente se perdió, el autobús no estaba en el punto de encuentro como se nos dijo para poder bajar la comida y comer tranquilamente, nos dejamos algúna zona por visitar por seguir el ritmo de este señor y luego tuvimos que comer dentro del autobús y en marcha, penoso. Las cataratas me encantaron pero el viaje fue muy pesado porque son 7 horas para llegar con una única parada de 20 minutos al ir y otra al regresar y son 3 horas en Niagara y mas de 14 horas de viaje en un autobús incómodo.

El guia una persona muy malhumorada, ademas pide 10 usd de propina. El guia pudo dar más tiempo libre, lo que le importa al guia es volver temprano a Manhatan, regresamos a las 10pm a times square cuando según el itinerario debería ser entre 11pm y 12pm, fue tiempo que no dejó disfrutar el guía por sus prisas en irnos, no lo recomiendo.

Es una salida francamente horrible. Los guías llegaron tarde y en un autocar hecho polvo, con asientos diminutos e incomodisimos. Eso sí, el guia se reservó tres asientos atrás del todo para poder ir tumbado mientras los demás estábamos enlatados. Las explicaciones que dio fueron pocas, y sin mucho sentido. Sólo dejo dos cosas claras, que el no estaria atento a nosotros que no era un tour privado, que estuviésemos nosotros atentos y lo siguiente fue exigirnos una propina mínima de 10 dólares.

Para ser una excursión tan larga, dejan poco tiempo para el paseo en barco y ver las cataratas. Sin demorarnos en nada, no tuvimos tiempo ni de comer.
