Compramos entrada general. Teníamos hasta 7 días para elegir día y hora. Fuimos temprano a cambiar los tickets y nos dieron tickets a la hora elegida. Elegimos las 6pm que es la mejor hora para estar en las alturas. Buena experiencia, cero complicaciones. El voucher te lo cambian de manera inmediata en ticket en el mostrador del Top of the rock. Las vistas son espectaculares, además tuvimos la suerte de subir un día soleado. Que te den la opción de realizar la actividad el día que la coges o en los 7 siguientes es un puntazo ya que si te sale un día con nubes/niebla, puedes ir otro día. Lo único que no te dicen es que hay que acudir al mismo edificio a reservar una hora. En nuestro caso, al ir muy temprano, eran las 10AM, pudimos entrar en ese mismo momento, pero no se si será igual en todas las franjas horarias! Translate this opinion into English.

La visita al Top of the rock una chulada!!! Lo que creemos que podría mejorar es la forma en como se presenta la compra del billete. Mientras en Civitatis nos pedís elegir una hora, luego cuando llegas con el Voucher a buscar el biller de entrada, esta hora no queda registrada y te toca ir en el turno que se pueda. Llegamos para ir a la visita de las 11h y no entramos hasta las 12.41h. Realmente no pasa nada porque hay mucho para ver pero entonces, no es necesario que nos pidan la hora. Gracias! Pero la web de civitatis no indica que en la web oficial se puede conseguir la entrada con la hora específica de la visita y que te evita hacer colas para canjear el bono adquirido en civitatis sin hora determinada.

Compre las entradas para la franja horaria del atardecer (19:00h 18 de Abril) y honestamente no se lo recomiendo a nadie, ya que pagas un sobre coste para subir al mirador cuando más concurrido esta. MOTIVO: La gente que sube en las franjas anteriores se espera para ver el atardecer y cogen sitio. Así que en mi caso ni lo he podido ver porque no hay ningún tipo de control. Ahora bien, lo mejor de todo no es esto, lo mejor es cuando se juntan mas de 600 personas para bajar. Me siento engañado..

I bought tickets for the sunset time slot (7:00 PM on April 18th) and honestly, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, as you pay a premium to go up to the viewing point when it's busiest. REASON: The people who go up during the earlier time slots wait to see the sunset and grab their spots. So, in my case, I didn't even get to see it because there's no control whatsoever.
