La excursión merece la pena por los sitios que se visitan, pero el guía no nos ha convencido. Es una excursión larga y puede dar para mucho, pero en nuestro caso, las explicaciones no han sido muy claras y escasas.

La visita a Washington bién pero despúes se averio el autobús y estuvimos 4 horas en una area de servicio esperando otro autobús fue horroroso vamos con dos menores de 15 y 11 años un AmigoTour tiene que tener mas recursos, vimos Philadephia en 15 minutos y de noche. Quiero reclamar porque paguemos para ver la ciudad y no para hacer una visita relampago. El regreso a Manhattan era a les 20:00h y lleguemos a las 00:30h casi 20 horas de tour.

The visit to Washington was fine, but then the bus broke down and we spent 4 hours in a service area waiting for another bus. It was horrible. We were with two minors, 15 and 11 years old. An AmigoTour should have more resources. We saw Philadelphia in 15 minutes and at night. I want to complain because we paid to see the city and not to do a quick visit. The return to Manhattan was at 8:00 p.m. and we arrived at 12:30 a.m., almost 20 hours of tour.

En primer lugar, es horrible hacer un viaje con el aire acondicionado tan alto.Lo comunicas al guia y hacen caso la primera vez pero después vuelven a ponerlo de nuevo a nivel de cámara frigorífica.Pasamos frio.Y por otro lado, la excursión era en inglés y español.El nivel de español del guía no era nada bueno, esto dificultaba mucho poder seguir las explicaciones.Imposible quedarse con la informacion.Pagamos para disfrutar y tener un buen recuerdo del viaje y no ha sido asi.Muy disgustados

First of all, it's horrible to travel with the air conditioning on so high. You tell the guide and they listen the first time, but then they put it back to cold storage level. We were cold. And secondly, the tour was in English and Spanish. The guide's level of Spanish was not good at all, which made it very difficult to follow the explanations. Me ha decepcionado la excursión. En un principio la solicité en español . Al final se realiza en Inglés y español , pero nuestro guía no dominaba bien el español y le costaba , por lo que en muchas ocasiones hacía la explicación en Inglés y luego olvidaba realizarla en español . Además a tener que repetir todo en dos idiomas se pierde mucho tiempo.

I was disappointed with the tour. I initially requested it in Spanish. In the end it was done in English and Spanish, but our guide did not have a good command of Spanish and had a hard time, so on many occasions he gave the explanation in English and then forgot to do it in Spanish. In addition, having to repeat everything in two languages wastes a lot of time.
