Lamentable ya que al llegar nos encontramos con la noticia que ese transporte no se realizaba más por lo que tanto tuve que tomar otro por el que tuve que paga necesito me devuelvan el importe de lo pagado espero noticias y la devolución del importe

Pedimos disculpas por lo ocurrido, ya que el proveedor aceptó hacer el servicio. Tomamos medidas para que esto no vuelva a suceder. Por otra parte, confirmamos que hemos gestionado el reembolso de la reserva.

Cuando hemos ido a buscar el transporte, nos han dicho que tenemos que esperar mínimo media hora a qué nos vengan a buscar el chófer. No entiendo cómo teniendo una reserva y sabiendo a la hora que aterrizaba el vuelo, tenemos que esperar.

En los traslados compartidos los transporten comienzan a dar servicio una vez han recogido a los pasajeros de las diferentes reservas que tienen asignadas.
