Si no entiendes mucho inglés, píllate la audio guía y échale paciencia, realmente creo que el coste es demasiado elevado sin ese nivel de inglés que no te permite saber realmente las descripciones de lo que ves o entender los audios que hay disponibles….el sitio por lo que representa esta guay, pero no sé si lo haría una vez se lo que hay dentro…

La visita es espectacular y no me planteo visitar New York sin ir. Está hecho con mucho cuidado y respeto a las víctimas y difícil es no emocionarse. Está muy bien. Es amplio y extenso. Las imágenes y explicaciones muy detalladas. Es un homenaje a las personas que fallecieron en el atentado, con atención principal a los bomberos, y sin casi mención a policias y sanitarios (se nombran pero como siempre infravalorados por desgracia). Lo único que no encontré bien, que hay unas pantallas que detallan quien era cada persona que falleció, no creo que consultaran a los fallecidos si querian exponer su vida,en base a la protección de datos. Civitatis 100% recomendable, pero la actividad no fue del todo bien como esperamos. Cogimos la entrada a las 15:30 de la tarde, y cuando estabamos viendo el museo a eso de las 17 nos metían prisa porque querían cerrar ya! Digo yo que si quieres cerrar pues no vendas entradas hasta tan tarde. Los de la organización venían detrás para que pasaramos a la siguiente sala, y así una y otra con prisas para que nos fueramos de ahí. Una autentica verguenza

Al ser la primera de la mañana, hay que hacer una breve cola, pero rapidamente entramos y puntualmente. Muy organizado. Es bastante grande y bien organizado. La unica pega es que el voucher tiene tantas letras y los que lo miran van rapido, que no encontraban los datos con tanta letra. Seria conveniente hacerlo (el voucher) en formato QR o movil. Realmente increíble. Muy bien detallado lo que ocurrió en ese fatídico día del 11S . Muy limpio y cuidado todo. Realmente sin palabras, a medida que avanzábamos en el museo, la emoción aumentaba. Inevitable emocionarse. Una pena no haber podido conocer las torres gemelas pero al menos queda este gran museo.
