El ingreso fue rápido, sin embargo cuando solicitamos audioguia, nos dijeron que no habían equipos suficientes y los que tenían demorarían una hora en cargar y que descargáramos el QR en nuestro móvil para la información, lo cual intentamos sin éxito (sólo descargó 20%). Por lo tanto, hicimos la visita, muy a nuestro pesar, sin una guía. Lamentable.

The entry was fast, however when we requested an audio guide, they told us that there were not enough equipment and the ones they did have would take an hour to load and that we should download the QR on our mobile for information, which we tried without success (it only downloaded 20%) . Therefore, we made the visit, much to our dismay, without a guide. Regrettable.

Civitatis 100% recomendable, pero la actividad no fue del todo bien como esperamos. Cogimos la entrada a las 15:30 de la tarde, y cuando estabamos viendo el museo a eso de las 17 nos metían prisa porque querían cerrar ya! Digo yo que si quieres cerrar pues no vendas entradas hasta tan tarde. Los de la organización venían detrás para que pasaramos a la siguiente sala, y así una y otra con prisas para que nos fueramos de ahí. Una autentica verguenza

Civitatis 100% recommended, but the activity did not go as well as we expected. We took the ticket at 3:30 p.m., and when we were seeing the museum at about 5:00 p.m. they rushed us because they wanted to close now! I say that if you want to close then don't sell tickets until so late.
