Antes de entrar no se nos aviso de que la visibilidad era NULA por lo que la actividad fue nefasta, incluso entiendo que se debería producir alguna compensación mas teniendo en cuenta que habíamos pagado un importe superior para realizar la visita en la hora del atardecer. Algunos componentes del grupo tenían visita el mismo día a la misma hora en el TOP OF THE ROCK y les avisaron antes de entrar y les cambiaron la visita, nosotros reclamamos esta misma solución sin éxito.

Before entering, we weren't warned that visibility was ZERO, so the activity was disastrous. I even understand that we should have received some additional compensation, considering we had paid more to visit at sunset. Some members of the group had a tour that same day at the same time at TOP OF THE ROCK, and they were notified before entering and their tour was rescheduled. We have unsuccessfully appealed for the same solution.
